What a school pays.
€4,200 a year.
Excluding VAT where applicable; schools in Poland are invoiced the same in złoty. The annual price follows your pupil count, with a minimum so a small school still funds the support it gets, and no maximum.
Families pay nothing.
The established registers in Poland charge families about €8 to €12 per child a year for their mobile apps (2025/26 price lists): about €1,900 to €2,900 of family money in a school of 250. Bell’s whole licence for that school is €3,500, families included. Sources and dates on request.
Simple terms.

The first term is free.

Questions about pricing
Do families have to pay for anything?

What if our pupil numbers change?
The annual price follows your pupil count. The agreed order confirms the count for the year.
Are migration and integrations included?
Standard onboarding and support are included. Bespoke migration or integrations need a separate agreed quote.
